🛒 Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our Shop, select your product and size, add to cart, and complete checkout. You can pay securely via Stripe or other available methods.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Modifications are only possible within 12 hours. Email support@shadowgame.com immediately with your order number.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view history, and save addresses for faster future checkouts.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, an order confirmation email is sent immediately after placement. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 5 minutes.

What sizes are available?
We offer XS through 4XL on most items. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.
How are the designs printed?
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing and all-over sublimation printing for vibrant, durable results that won’t crack or fade.
Are the designs exclusive?
Yes. All Shadow Game Research artwork is original and created exclusively for our brand. You won’t find these designs anywhere else.
How do I care for my garment?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the printed area. Do not bleach.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
US orders: 7–15 business days total (2–5 production + 5–10 delivery). International: 14–35 business days. See our full Shipping Policy.
Do you ship to Pakistan?
Yes! We ship internationally including Pakistan, with an estimated delivery of 14–25 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also find it in your My Account.
Who pays for customs duties?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our prices.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe. Additional local payment options (including Pakistan gateways) are available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. We never store your card details.
Will I see “Shadow Game Research LLC” on my bank statement?
Yes. Your bank statement will show “Shadow Game Research” as the merchant name.

What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days for unused, unworn items. See our full Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us at support@shadowgame.com within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund you fully.
How long do refunds take?
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
