1. Processing Time
Because all products are custom-manufactured on demand, every order requires a production period before it is handed to a shipping carrier:
- Standard Processing: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays)
- Peak / Holiday Season: 5–7 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $75. International free shipping thresholds may be available during promotional periods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website or through your My Account page at any time.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Shadow Game Research LLC has no control over and is not liable for any customs delays or additional fees.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Shadow Game Research LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement must be requested within 12 hours.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but has not been received, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If still not located, contact us within 7 days at support@shadowgame.com and we will open a carrier investigation. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the correct address.
