1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached and intact
• Item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase required (order confirmation email or order number)

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Items purchased during final sale (marked “Final Sale — No Returns”)
• Personalised items with custom text added by the customer at checkout

4. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

5. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@shadowgame.com with your order number and return reason.
2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe, etc.)
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

7. Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the desired variant is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
